Data Deletion Instructions for Effective Ads AI

Who Can Use This Page

This page is available to any person worldwide whose personal data may be processed by Effective Ads AI, including current or former customers, website users, business contacts, and people whose Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta-related data may have been made available to us through connected accounts, Pages, ad accounts, or integrations.

You do not need to have an Effective Ads AI account to request deletion.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of data we store, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to: gal@effective-ads.ai
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request" or "Meta Data Deletion Request"
3. Include in your email:
   • Your full name
   • Your preferred contact email and any email address that may be associated with your records
   • If relevant: your business name, Facebook Page URL or Page ID, Instagram handle or Instagram account ID, ad account ID, or app-scoped user ID
   • A short description of the data you want deleted or how you interacted with Effective Ads AI

If you do not know your exact identifier, send whatever details you have and we will use reasonable efforts to locate the relevant records.

What Happens Next

• We may verify your identity or request additional information before acting on the request
• We aim to acknowledge your request within 5 business days
• We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by law
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion or anonymization is complete
• Deletion is irreversible. Depending on the request, we will delete or anonymize data such as:
  • Account and contact information
  • Connected Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and similar platform authorizations stored by us
  • Stored campaign configuration, reporting, and support records that we can reasonably link to you
  • Business information linked to your request, unless retention is required by law

Meta, Facebook, and Instagram Access

• If you connected Effective Ads AI through Facebook or Instagram, you can also revoke future access from your Meta account settings by removing Effective Ads AI from "Apps and Websites" or the relevant connected-business permissions
• Revoking access through Meta stops future sharing, but it may not automatically delete data already stored in our systems
• To delete stored data from our systems, you still need to submit a request using the process on this page

Important Notes

• Deleting data tied to an active Effective Ads AI account may terminate or limit access to the service
• Active campaigns on third-party platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) will not be automatically deleted and must be managed separately through those platforms
• We may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security, backup integrity, or dispute resolution
